Subject: Station pictures web pages

Dear colleagues,

As you probably know, EPN CB web pages include an individual description
of all EPN stations (e.g.
http://www.epncb.oma.be/_trackingnetwork/siteinfo4onestation.php?station=BUCU_11401M001).

These individual web pages give access to the current site pictures
(amongst other things) (e.g.
http://www.epncb.oma.be/_trackingnetwork/pictures/stationpictures.php?station=BUCU_11401M001).

However from today, declassified site pictures (no longer reflecting the
current configuration) will be kept in the same page (and moved to the
section "Old pictures").

Moreover, it seems that :
- many pictures do not more reflect the current configuration and need
  to be replaced;
- pictures are still missing for many stations.

Site pictures showing the antenna, its monument and its surroundings (in
all directions) are mandatory, but also other relevant pictures (e.g.
co-located instruments) are welcome.

However, whenever a configuration change in the station appears, which
influences one of the submitted pictures, it is mandatory to update
these pictures at the EPN CB.

Site log pictures should be submitted by email to epncb@oma.be in any of
the standard formats (jpg, png).

Please add :
- a short description (and the date of the shot) to each picture
- the list of the pictures which have to be declassified (and the date
  removed).

Naming convention for the pictures : ssssiii.xxx
        ssss = 4-char station abbreviation
        iii  = picture number
        xxx  = picture format (png, jpg)
