Subject: Server problems at EPN CB

Dear Colleagues,

For those who have not yet noticed it, since Monday April 11, 2011, we are experiencing
serious problems with the EPN CB servers. At the moment, the services are operating again,
but I cannot guarantee their reliability. I apologize for any inconveniences this causes.
We are doing our best to reduce the nuisance to the users to the minimum.
